Design Challenge - Alert Messages

I don't like long/complex alert messages with small text, so I designed the opposite. I made sure that the words are simple and easy to read. On the error message, I added the "this error will be investigated" line because I think it's important for users to know that errors don't just fade into the wind; ideally the company will be tracking errors and addressing them.
