Female-owned companies and closed small businesses

The concepts in the articles were quite straightforward – like the increase in female-owned companies in the US or the number of closed small businesses – and the style we came up with followed that. It was to be simple and direct, with just a handful of extra elements to make it charming.

The shades of blue we had at our disposal proved versatile enough to serve as a basis for all illustrations, with green being used to underline the most important data points or as decoration.
