Do you like to plan ? This is what I fight for the most within the team. If there is no plan, the probability of completing an unplanned task is close to zero. Do you agree?

To understand the importance of planning in more detail, I gave the team tasks together to make a concept for the application in which you can organize your day and see all your tasks for a certain period of the day.

And that’s what happened. In addition to a really cool and exciting design, the team was able to pump and give a deep understanding of the importance of planning in the middle of the project.
