Star logo for IT recruiting ( for sale )

Hey guys,

Here is a little different direction I'm exploring for codesta, an IT recruiting company focused on freelancers.

The concept is focused on "talent", representing a semi-abstract star, that from first look is a bunch of chaotic lines. The logo should reflect the togetherness, happiness and talent.
