Rumi’s HQ - App design
The problem and the challenge were how to make it easier for managers to orchestrate the team, flows, and decision makings. They had to communicate with their team, control the flow of business, have an eye on the big picture and the plans, and also micro-manage a variety of tasks. This was our starting point for designing Rumi’s HQ app that empowers managers of Rumi’s Kitchen restaurant which has multiple branches across the US.
