Applause logo design

Back in 2020 I started working with Applause alongside Morgan Knutson to help create their brand from scratch, everything from logo design through to web and app designs!

Here's the final logo mark.

It looks simple now, but we went through a...lot of variations of the hands arrangement, attempting to refine the mark to its most simplest execution whilst still being identifiable as an applause clap.

The addition of the bolts tie in nicely with the interaction within the Applause app itself, once the user shows engagement with an event, bolts are triggered, encouraging more interaction.

I've gone on to work on multiple versions of the homepage as the company grew and honed in on their demographic more, aswell as helping polish the mobile app too.
