What we did:

Our primary goal was to create an easy user experience because most of the users are middle-aged delivery workers who work for companies like e-commerce, logistics, food company, groceries, etc. Basically, we start with a pen sketch and brainstorming session and then come up with low-fi wireframes. Also, another noticeable challenge was to create an order page where the main user submits their work or marks it as a failure. Designing it on a single page was tough! But anyhow we make it happen. Also, there were a few messaging functionalities where we keep the design the same to match their mental model and previous experiences. We must say this was the easy part of the project. There was an option to schedule work time for users. They can easily select a day and booked it for their job or they can see their work history from the calendar.

Overall we had great fun with this project.
