"Lady of Death" For Sullen

Every time I start a design I’m always looking for ways to change up the narrative—it’s one of my not-so-secret “Secret Sauces.” So when the idea of “the Grim Reaper riding a motorcycle” came up, my mind immediately started swapping out tropes. The Grim Reaper is always a dude, so it only seemed obvious to make the reaper a woman. Enter scene: Lady of Death. Next, what to do about the Reapers ride? If you guys know Sullen, they love their Panthers. So why not make her sit astride a Panther? But not just any Panther, a Cerberus-Panther hybrid! For those of you who don't know, Cerberus in Greek mythology was the guardian of the underworld so it was only natural that our Lady of Death would have him as a her steed. Add some chains, scars and a surprising amount of color for me, and this piece came together to make one hell of a trope bender!
