Restate is a home buying and selling platform that has been designed for everyone involved in the transaction. We have made it our mission to simplify the entire process of buying and selling, from search, offer submission, and negotiation to closing. By eliminating all the overhead costs associated with real estate transactions we are able to provide you with the best possible experience.

Profile Management Flow

On Restate, the user must register an account before logging in, for the registration process, several steps need to be passed, including:

• Fill in the registration form

• Email verification

• Face Recognize

After the registration process, you can login. In addition, you can manage your account such as forgetting passwords, editing detail and deleting accounts.

House Rental Flow

There are several steps involved in the home rental process on Restate, including:

• Conduct a survey or search for the dream house you are looking for.

• A filter feature makes it easier for users to find the desired house.

• After selecting the dream house, details of the house will be displayed, such as

the price, address and what facilities are available.

• Users can also see the estimated/predicted price increase or decrease and

price comparisons with houses around the area

• Users can also make an offer using chat or video calls to discuss and room

tours facilitated by agents so that users know the conditions of the home and

make the best deal.

• If you have a deal, you can make payments in cash or non-cash.
