UserBase - A bug tracking tool for small teams | Atom Design
This project started out as a concept for a bug tracking tool, as we couldn't find an existing tool out there that worked for our needs. We were looking for something that allowed users to track issues with zero friction, and ideally have messaging tools between the developers and the users to ensure consistent communication. With nothing that fit the bill, we build one ourselves.
This is UserBase, a bug tracking web application built in Bubble.io that has an integrated messaging area for the testers and developers. Targeted at startups or corporations rolling out new tools, we took inspiration from tools like Apple's TestFlight, merged with something like Slack. The Untitled UI design system was great for building the user interfaces quickly in Bubble.io, and we have already started using it to improve our projects.
