Augmented a small design team of badass designers in a project where a large (fortune 100) company is working through getting a product to the launch MVP state and needs a jolt of expertise to redefine, pivot, and move quickly to deliver on time.

The client was working through their customer stories and needs built on the snowflake data platform (www.snowflake.com) and had a collection of user research and testing on ways in which the experience needed to be customized to their needs.

My focus was on user onboarding, role assignments, cost insights improvements and contextual help + education.
