Email templates

A quick refreshment of some of our internal/external communications templates is being conceptualized right now.

We're aiming to have responsive emails that make good use of modern fonts on iOS devices and modern desktop systems, trying to gracefully fall back into the good old Arial/Georgia territory.

Streamlining all the email communications and building a template system is gonna take a while, but we're having fun discovering the ups and downs of updating them by hand.
