I created this logo for our internal ERG Fluoresce. Fluoresce is an employee resource and affinity group for all women-identifying and women-aligned Benchlings and their allies. Their goals are to provide a professional support system for women-identifying and women-aligned Benchlings, to create a culture of discussion and awareness around challenges faced by women and femme people in the workplace, and to connect employees to related opportunities for learning and engagement in the office or in the community.
