We’ve just launched pilot.com/design!
At Pilot we believe that design is an integral driver for excellence in product and customer experiences. Given the growth of our design team, it was important for us to articulate these beliefs and how we work to build the future of the financial back office.
As such, we teamed up with our recruiting team to answer two questions:
How might we proactively answer key questions that design candidates might have?
How might we help design candidates assess if Pilot is the right fit for them?
This is just the first iteration of our microsite that we will continue to evolve as we find better ways to connect with candidates and anyone who is curious about Pilot or our team.Â
