I made this quick record looping animation to go with my first Lo-Fi House mix on Youtube. No one wants to watch a static picture these days, so the goal is to create something enticing, but that didn't require hours of work. Something that you could put on a tv in the background of a party.

For those curious.....

I start with a stock record, then I make the artwork for the center. I love how the circular motion adds another dimension for creativity. I export as a PNG for the transparent background.

Then I create a quick radial gradient for the background. shown above

Animation

I add the animation to the record in AE then pre-compose and link to a premiere file. In the Premiere file I add in the stationary background alongside the audio file of the Lo-Fi mix. The record completes one full rotation in 4secs, so I simply create a 4 sec loop and loop it continually until I reach the length of the audio file.
