Semi-fine Sydney restaurant, Bouche on Bridge, boasted a lively, fresh, paddock-to-plate menu, yet their brand messaging received early criticisms of lacking consistency. In order to fix this, Bouche required a new marketing and design approach—a change of branding direction to convey a fresh identity, and strong guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels.
