About the Logo

This approach is illustrated in the logo, which features a straightforward book symbol with two buildings intersecting one other. The three colors used in this logo mark represent the personalized nature of their service for the clients. They can also represent a variety of other features of Landbook's customized house search.

Challenges

The main challenge in this branding task was to make something different. Because most of their competitors had some serious vibe in it. But we went in a different way and tried to make it more vibrant and playful. So that the youth can connect to it.

Solution

We created a comprehensive branding with an intriguing visual design and messaging/positioning plan following intensive research, workshops, and proposals. To explain Landbook's value proposition to clients, investors, and the media, we condensed it into a concise statement. Then, we developed brand guidelines.
