Year 2 of using our local risograph shop (Clatter Press) for our annual Christmas card. This year we played with the story of the nutcracker, with some funky colors. Loved tucking the little mouse in the mouth of the nutcracker for an added nod to the story. We even had a stamp of the mouse made to add on the envelopes. The biggest enhancement was playing with AR and animation for an added experience.

Added touch

Had the idea to play around with this simple animation. I played with some new riso-style brushes from retro supply to make it look like I printed the entire animation. Then had the idea to make it part of the experience for all our loved ones. If you scan the card with the Artivive app it comes to life!
