Fulfill User Flow and Information Architecture

Currently, our product has a one-step fulfillment flow. In future updates, we will be adding the ability for fulfillers to create invoices and attach forms directly within the app. This is the information architecture and site map of these two pages, detailed with decision trees, information flows, and clickable actions. This was created after performing user experience research with testing partners and discussing current workflows regarding payment and forms. Partners agreed that if forms or invoices were needed, fulfillment would not occur until they received necessary signatures or payment. I also used feedback on the differing amounts institutions charged based on the request to shift our current per-page pricing model to a customizable invoice model. This provides fulfillers with greater flexibility and control to ensure that their time, labor, and materials are being compensated justly.
