UPI Withdrawals

Being the largest fantasy gaming platform in India, we had just one withdrawal instrument, which was adding bank.

We realised, this process was tedious and time consuming since the user had to manually add many details like IFSC, bank A/c number etc. Around 40% (5.6 billion) people in India use some kind of digital platform like UPI for their transactions which is also a super fast and easy way to withdraw money. All user needs to do is add the UPI ID and you are done. By introducing UPI withdrawals, we made the process super fast and easy and also added user delight with micro-interactions and animations for better user engagement
