Notifications - Kicklow

We have been working on an update to Kicklow (an internal project that improves collaboration on side projects at @Myplanet) which introduces notifications! Users will be notified within the system and will also be sent an email. The purpose of including this feature in release 1 was to improve communication and keep everyone up to date on what is happening on projects and jobs they are involved with.
