Hailo 'Curtain'

Problem - Currently when you enter the app there is a whole list of things that need to load after the splash screen before a user is able to take a trip, these include..

- Setting up any experiments
- Calling anything needed for pricing
- Locating the user
- Locating taxis
- Zooming the map to appropriate level
- Working out if we need to show boarding
- and more..

This list currently loads in front of the user causing a delay before they are actually able to hail a cab on the home screen. Plus the screen is flicking and zooming as the info is loading.

Solution - we played with many ideas and settled on a 'curtain' that would cover the home screen while it loads all the information in the list above. Now when the user is presented with the home screen they are located, along with the taxis and can hail instantly.

Would love to hear your thoughts on this. Also I will be writing a medium post on this to better explain why it's needed and how it will be implemented.
