„Ekostrażnik” app
About the product
„Ekostrażnik” is an app belonging to AMM systems. It is used to control waste segregation and report irregularities in waste disposal. The records are kept by chosen inspectors. Reports are sent to the „Resident’s Zone” panel within the „Ekostrażnik” module.
Challenges
Technical limitations and the lack of unambiguous control procedures for reporting irregularities were a major challenge. It was necessary to achieve a balance between a large amount of data entered in specific conditions by the inspector and a friendly application. Facilitation of filling out report forms was achieved by process automatisation. It was done, among other things, with stickers, which, after scanned, prompted automatic completion of the data in the form or of the address, according to GPS, all through the „Ekostrażnik” app.
