Hand Mirror, "Meet the Developer"

Added a little easter egg where you can click the "Hand Mirror Plus" label and switch it to some other silly name… which will be saved and shown everywhere in the app. Also added a way to "Meet the Developer", revealing a video of me at my desk behind/inside the icon?
