Nasdaq Private Market is an institutional-grade and centralized secondary venue. They help companies, brokers, shareholders, and prospective investors to manage their private stock transactions through one platform.

We were brought on to help Nasdaq Private Market's website and brand identity by developing a Brand System and expanding the solution across their digital ecosystem.

Branding and Design System

We conducted multiple interviews with clients and stakeholders, and based on them we created multiple user personas and define different scenarios for each. Investors, Companies, Stakeholders, and Partners.

We work to create a completely new brand that felt new and separated from Nasdaq, to target a different audience.

The Nasdaq private market website was designed to showcase the values of the new brand, to bring trust and interest to the different target personas. Also we want to make sure that the website was able to content a huge amount of data and visualization.

We defined best practices and guidelines for all type of data visualization from dashboards to anual reports, not only in the web but also in communications like print, emails or presentations.
