The account section of the Erin Condren website had remained the same for over 5 years. It was dated in both visual design and in functionality. Customer service were inundated with requests that could be easily resolved with an update to the my account section of the site. Basic information such as tracking, past order information and reward history were difficult and sometimes even impossible to find.
New Rewards Program
We implemented an easy to digest landing page where information is easy to understand in a visual manner. We introduced a simple chart so customers could quickly understand how they have earned and used rewards points.

Order History Improvements
Previously the order history section was a completely different UI from the design customers see as they check out. We decided to show the same UI that customers see at the order confirmation step for consistency and ease of use.
Wishlist Revamp
Our wishlist was confusing and had low engagement. We refreshed the UI and made it easier to add and remove items.
