Habitual (Mock Project)

Hello Dribblers! 👋🏻

This is my very first project and I'm excited to share it with you.

The project, Habitual, was a study project that was taught in a course as a mockup which focused on giving users more relevant results and being more in tune with their interests. This app also focused on giving users more personalised experience which could influence their daily life.

Through this project, I was able to use the knowledge I had gained from the course and apply it in order to create this product. I had to draw on the principles of UX/UI design, such as visual design, and user interface design, in order to make sure the product was user-friendly, visually appealing, and on-brand. Through this process, I was able to learn the importance of understanding user needs and making adjustments to the product in order to ensure a successful outcome.

Wireframes

The course also taught us about wireframes, how to choose colour, typography, and how to build UI elements, design systems, motion and interactions, and prototyping. For the Habitual project, we were taught to map out the user's journey with wireframes, choose colors and typography that best suited the project, and design UI elements that would facilitate an easy user experience.

Prototypes

Additionally, we were taught to create a design system that would be consistent throughout the project, as well as motion and interactions that made the user experience more engaging. Finally, we were taught to create prototypes that can be allowed to test the product and make adjustments as needed. Through this process, we were taught to create a successful product that met the user's needs, and it was a great experience to get this knowledge and to use it in future.
