Patient Safety Persona Design
This persona project involved conducting interviews with healthcare providers and patients, creating personas based on this information, and using these personas during the design sprint workshops to generate ideas and develop prototypes. Through this process, the team was able to identify key pain points and develop solutions to address them, with the ultimate goal of improving the safety of care for patients and their care partners.
