They plan on accomplishing this by utilizing a reputation system, machine learning and identity verification.

Sammen is a decentralized social news platform built on Ethereum where users can post everything from articles, videos, and images all in one place instead of having to sign up for multiple social accounts. Interaction with the content and other users can be achieved through a public or private profile.
