Santiago de Cuba

A site about culture and people of Cuba.

This is a project carried out at a workshop in March 2015 at the IUT Michel de Montaigne in Bordeaux (France). This mockup was realized in a half day. The idea was to show the maximum information about Santiago de Cuba and Cuba in general on a single page.

Our approach will go through tags that will sort the thumbnails. Their set contains traces an image of Cuban culture in which the city of Santiago arises. We need to take the example of the world center of the Pantopie: http://pantopie.org/lcdm/

Right now Cuba is in a historical moment, which is an opening with the end of the embargo. The deliverable should in theory be ready for the carnival of Santiago in July. Our partner is the University of multimedia.

Possibility of a delayed broadcast, an update that revives interest. Social networks can be used to find out the reasons, to give visibility to this presentation of Santiago. It would be good to install webcams in Cuba. Translate to English content is also a good idea.

The means are not lacking to illustrate keywords, word cloud, a photo, a video, a tune, a sample document. One legend media and is preferably selected copyright-free images.
