Blue and Orange Quilt

Here is my latest quilting creation: A 50” Blue and Orange square. I’d been wanting to sink my teeth into some hand quilting and after serendipitously coming across both blue and orange thread and blue and orange fabric I decided to do a simple complimentary rectangle design and use the different threads to work the piece together. It took about 3 weeks, but was what I did in the evenings while shows were on or listening to an audio book (the perfect February activity).
