Logo redesign concept for Modartt, a software synthesizer that features real-time MIDI-control of digital physically modeled pianos and related instruments.

Below are some initial logo sketches done where the idea was to combine musical elements with the letter M.

Ultimately, the mark was simplified down to a more memorable, simple, and clean solution. The logo retains the musical elements of notes and scales while being executed in a minimal and abstract way.
