Private label Fintech Platform for Investment Agents

Some Screens I can share from a prominent fintech's own-label project supporting Mutual Fund Agents. The dashboard is highly complicated and is aimed at corporate productivity. We used Google's CASTLE framework to measure user's engagement and productivity.

Did you HEART model is better suited only for products that a user is not obliged to use? In corporate productivity applications CASTLE does a better job in giving user insights.
