I have a suggestion to create uniforms for the academic employees that will not be difficult to identify. The color combination: royal blue and white, accent - burgundy and gold. I call this direction in fashion as “Academic Fashion”. Maybe, I am a first one who calls it so.

I suggest to make the lines on shoulders to identify the professorial rank:

One line - BA

Two lines - MA

Three lines - PhD

Four lines - Postdoctoral
