Developers' blog header

The developers in my team created a blog (http://build.prestashop.com/) to share about their progresses. That was a good idea, loved it.

They made it with Jeykill and last week I had a few hours to kill so I made some css corrections to improve readability and work on a real header. It was their idea and I loved it so I tried to make it looks like more like a header and less like a bug :)
