Project:

This is construction management software and is easy to use. It includes all the tools you need to manage your sales, workers, and projects in one place: estimates, invoices, payment processing, schedules, time tracking, CRM / lead pipeline, job costing, tasks/todo’s, photo & file management, live maps, reports, revenue, and QuickBooks sync.

#User:

The system admin role is similar to a CEO of a construction company. They supervise multiple workers who are employed here. The available roles within the Software are project manager, estimator, worker, and other roles.

Use Case(s):

Lead Pipeline __ The system basically focuses on projects. This means each customer has their own project with its own timeline, photos, conversations, and payments, which are separate from other projects from the same customer.

A new project lead is added to the system and associated with a customer. You have a contact form on your website, which automatically creates a project lead if somebody fills in that information.

New Lead status is for brand new leads that you haven't communicated with yet. If you try to reach out to them and have an unsuccessful communication, it will shift the project lead to To Contact status. As management, you know which leads are new and which ones you're actively trying to get in touch with.

If you get in touch with a project lead but it does not result in an estimate meeting, it will shift to To Schedule status. Once you schedule an estimate meeting, it will shift to To Estimate status, and you notify the estimator immediately.

On the day and time of the estimate meeting, your estimators use the app to navigate to the job site, call the customer, and take pictures. All of this information is stored against that task and is visible back at the office.

This construction managements (SaaS web app) is permission-based and user-specific. Every user specifies what areas of the app they have access to. The estimator creates an estimate, which moves to To Review and Send status or To Sell status. You sort by next scheduled follow-up to ensure that there's a plan of action for these project leads who have an estimate that we're still waiting to hear back on.

You can drag and drop any of the project leads into any of the statuses, most interestingly, the On Hold status. You can specify for how long we're going to keep one of these project leads on hold. After that specified time period, it will pop back out into the status.
