Illustration - Doodle Style Drawing

Sample illustration that we create for a potential client to help them with visualization for their upcoming book project. The illustration need to be created using doodle drawing style. The purpose of the illustrations is to add some visuals for the book content so readers can enjoy throughout the book.

We start the design process by conducting interview with the client to dig down their personal preferences for the desired visual and what kind of visualization they are looking for the illustration sample.

The text that need to be visualized is "Keep moving forward, your breakthrough may be just around the corner".

After we gather all the requirements and get visual references from them, we start the sketch process and create several options for the client to review:

We presenting the sketch above to the client and get useful feedback in the brainstorming session with them, it allow us to move forward and to create basic color drawing for them:

The client appreciate the drawing but feels that the visual still not aligned with the text brief. Using the current working progress that we have, we are doing more discussion with the client and finally understood their vision.
