Rental Properties Website

About

South Florida Host (SFH) is a rental properties business offering short to mid-term rentals in the heart of the entertainment area of Ft Lauderdale, FL. SFH caters to families on vacation, affluent couples or singles, older couples looking to retire, and professionals in need of temporary housing. SFH provides the perfect accommodation for any of these groups.

Problem

The rental host was struggling to get enough bookings. They had a website, but it was not very effective at converting visitors into renters. The website was cluttered and difficult to navigate, and the information about the rentals was not clear or compelling.

Solution

I redesigned the rental host's website, which is clear, concise, and persuasive. The website featured large, high-quality images of the rentals, as well as detailed descriptions of each property. I also included testimonials from past renters and a call to action button that encouraged visitors to book a rental.

The new design uses a bright and colorful color scheme that is reminiscent of the sunny weather and vibrant culture of South Florida. The use of bright colors helps to create a sense of energy and excitement, while the overall design of the page is simple and easy to navigate. The new website also features a number of images that showcase the beauty of South Florida, such as beaches, palm trees, and the Miami skyline. These images help to create a sense of place and transport visitors to the sunny shores of South Florida.

Results

The new website was a huge success. Within a few months of launching the new page, the rental host had seen a significant increase in bookings. They were able to fill their rentals more often and at higher rates. It also helped to improve the rental host's brand image, making them more appealing to potential renters.
