Kinetic UX

In collaboration with my colleagues, I undertook the task of conceptualizing an enhanced user experience for our client, Kinetic Windstream, focusing on leveraging a user's geographical location. Through the implementation of IP sniffing technology, our objective was to tailor modules to suit each user's area, ensuring that all essential information is readily available without the need for extensive searching.

To kickstart the design process, we adopted a modular approach, dividing the user experience into purpose-driven sections. This approach aimed to move away from treating the homepage as a mere information dump and instead create a more coherent and streamlined user journey.

Chatbot Experience

Rather than overwhelming users with lengthy forms that can discourage engagement, we've implemented a friendly chatbot that simplifies the process.

By understanding the specific product or issue indicated by each user, the chatbot tailors results to provide relevant and personalized assistance. It acts as the first line of defense, swiftly handling routine queries with automated responses, streamlining the support experience.

In cases where users encounter home internet repair or technical issues, we ensure immediate assistance by seamlessly connecting them to specialized live agents. This direct connection bridges the gap between users and expert support, allowing for prompt resolutions and a human touch when needed.
