🚗Carmax is a smart car tracker and application that offers various remote access functions to users through the application.
During my tenure as a UX UI designer with the Carmax team, we conducted various tests to understand user needs and address their challenges in the application's functionalities.
Through the improvement and development process, we achieved remarkable results in terms of user satisfaction. Despite facing competition, this product distinguished itself through unique features such as:
▪️ Start warnings ▪️ car power control ▪️ online monitoring and tracking ▪️ high-speed warnings ▪️ and detailed trip viewing.
Our emphasis on user empathy and the manifestation of innovative ideas contributed to making this product stand out.
CarMax is still in development and is available on various marketplaces, including the Google Store.
