CHALLENGE

As PartsPRO SE team developed the user interface for their new mobile application, they wanted to ensure that it was easy for customers to use. They recognized that conducting A/B usability testing could provide them with valuable insights on how to improve the user experience.

SOLUTION

To obtain quantitative and qualitative data about the ease of use and user impressions of the new PPSE application, the UXR team conduct A/B usability testing. The team used both quantitative and qualitative methods to provide the PartsPRO SE team with comprehensive feedback and recommendations.

OUTCOME

There was an 18% increase in the number of users placing orders.

The average time spent per user on the application decreased by 15%.

Reduced customer support calls by 7%.

CONCLUSION

By using A/B usability testing to obtain feedback on the new application, PartsPRO SE created a user-friendly application that increased customer satisfaction, grew their business, and reduced calls to customer support.
