Capacity - Live Chat Agent Manager

After we launched native Live Chat in Capacity, we heard from customers about adding more tools and features for live chat agent managers. We interviewed a few people in this manager role and learned that they care about:

  • Having visibility into the visitor sessions on their site. What page are they on? Are they engaged in a live chat? etc.

  • A way to manage live chat agents—control who is available, and control how many chats an agent can take at once (more senior agents get more, junior agents get less)

  • High-level metrics that show the effectiveness of the team.
