I am delighted to share an application design that enables recruiters to match talents with roles. This was designed for WorkGenius, an HR Tech company located in Hamburg and New York, the application helps recruiters match talents (in their pool) to roles. The existing design was confusing and difficult for recruiters to use. I created a clean, easy-to-use Dashboard UI/interaction.
