Back-office desktop app for Medical Operator Świat Zdrowia 1.1

Hello!

I would like to share with you the effect of the last 14 months of work - with my great team! Back-office desktop application for Medical Call Centre Świat Zdrowia - is a TPA application with over 160 screens for MVP version.

For this app, we went through the entire product design process - from workshops, business requirements, flowcharts, wireframes and finally UI design.

Design System

I prepared custom design system with documentation.

We decided for custom design system, because there were a lot of needs that existing design systems did not address.

at the beginning

I prepared a lot of flow charts

- it was step on which I collaborated with system analytics

Based on consults, workshops and a hundred of meeting I prepared wireframes for every user flow
