TD Magazine - The Future of Learning
I was commissioned by the Association for Talent Development to illustrate a double-page opener in TD Magazine, for a feature entitled 'Five Opportunity Spaces for the Future of Learning'.
The article discusses the importance of embracing perceived societal disruptions as a competitive advantage when developing innovative learning solutions. It challenges the notion that the future is distant and irrelevant to present activities, emphasising that the future is closely tied to actions taken today.
The key areas of focus are social, technological, economic, environmental and political. My illustration highlights several trends in these domains that are poised to disrupt the landscape of learning.
