Based on the insight provided the participants during the user interviews, I created a personas that reflects various needs and pain points.

Then I used them to design user flow.

Corporate Procurement Manager - Steve

Steve is an experienced purchasing manager in a large corporation.

He is responsible for sourcing electrical components, tools and accessories for various projects within the company. He knows what products he is looking for. It is important for him to quickly find a specific group of products with given parameters.

Facilities Director - Nicole

Nicole is responsible for managing the facilities and infrastructure of a big corporation. She oversees electrical maintenance, upgrades and safety in various company locations.Her focus is on ensuring the safety and efficiency of electrical systems.
