OnShop- Ecommerce Mobile App Design.

Hi everyone 👋

Today we want to share an exploration of the of a mobile app OnShop-Ecommerce Mobile App Design . With this mobile application, an ecommerce app user can easily to buy and get their product.

The Goal:

I actually want to make such a mobile app For Ecommerce . From where a user can buy a product in a very easy process without any hassle. As a product designer, I always try to ensure that, a user does not have a bad experience. I want a user to always have a new experience they use our app and inspire a user to use it for a long time.

The Problem:

I have already interviewed some e-commerce website and app users. They tell me about their good and some bad experiences using different apps while buying a product. For example, some apps add unwanted features that are not needed. When buying some products, the details of the products are not there, so after purchasing the product, the buyer does not get the right product. On-time delivery is not provided after purchasing a product using many e-commerce apps. Now the main problem is that any product is not easily searchable. If a product name isn't quite right, it takes a lot of time to find. Which is never a good user experience.

Solution:

OnShop has given the most importance to the search section. Here a user can search by product name and also search by image of any product which is pre-preferred. I tried not to show a lot of ads in the app. In OnShop I have put in place a support system where a user can collaborate directly with the support team. I am keeping a variety of payment system in OnShop app so that user can use multiple payment system. Moreover, while buying a product, the user can select the color and size of his/her choice and make a purchase from this app. In OnShop app I have designed product delivery with a lot of importance where the user can see when his/her product is at which stage of delivery.
