Layers Redesign Mark II
I’m enjoying what Liam McCabe's been up to. He’s an unlikely figure, in that he actually cares. Frankly, the community doesn’t deserve him, nor his efforts.
This redesign depicts the world as it could have been. A fiction which does not exist, will not exist, and cannot exist—because designers collectively decided against that. Sometimes I pretend and imagine otherwise.
Liam seems to have taken cues from suggestions in my original redesign, in the logo and button size and proportion—which look great. He’s also improved his overall composition and elements. In this new version, I have evolved these directions.
