CodeTriage Cards

The CodeTriage index is a long list of OSS projects looking to get people involved in fixing issues. I used color to highlight the repos that had the majority of issues so that there were clear levels showing the need for help with the issues. The color should indicate similar meaning that Smokey Bear's "Fire Danger" sign should which hopefully helps people sort out which OSS projects that they want to help out.
