Fretebras 🇧🇷 2022 - Website responsive 📱

During the period I worked at the company, I had the opportunity to participate in the construction of a new journey for truck drivers searching for cargo. This flow was used for a usability test in August 2022. Some parts are in production, others have been discarded. This work was done together with other team members.

New Home

We facelifted the legacy based on data and interviews to make the freight search journey easier. This way, we have included some search options to make the search for shipping easier.

Being them: search by origin and destination,

by origin (photo of the capitals), by region. Thinking about the B2B audience,

we brought a banner for the carrier to publish its freight on the platform.

To validate the new line of illustrations, we brought a carousel of how the platform works with contextual illustrations.

The search

The new search for freight is phased in stages and as it is a complex scenario with several business rules, we have ensured that the user has a lot of freedom when making their filters.

Filters

We work using filter category tabs and with each selection the quantity of freight that will be displayed in the list changes dynamically.

freight list

We had a hard work of visual refinement to bring this cleaner and simpler proposal to the listing.

We brought a balanced visual hierarchy to the cards in addition to bringing promotional banners according to the user accessing them.

Details

We remodeled the screen's information architecture based on what's most important to the truck driver. We brought more emphasis to priority information. In addition to always leaving the CTA prominent on the screen.
